  • ½ cup quick-cooking rolled oats  
  • ¼ cup coconut milk powder
  • ¼ cup freeze dried blueberries
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup coconut flakesunsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • At home, pack all ingredients into a bag.
  • In camp, bring 1/2 cups water and the contents of the bag to a simmer. Cook, stirring often, until the oats are soft, about 10 minutes.
