Blueberry Coconut Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- ¼ cup coconut milk powder
- ¼ cup freeze dried blueberries
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS

At home, pack all ingredients into a bag.

In camp, bring 1/2 cups water and the contents of the bag to a simmer. Cook, stirring often, until the oats are soft, about 10 minutes.
